Meet Jesse Boubin

Jesse Boubin is a highly qualified personal trainer with 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a NASM certified personal trainer with multiple specializations such as nutrition and corrective exercise. He has experience with one on one training, small group training and online coaching. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, and even competition prep he can help you achieve your goals and transform your life!

Jesse’s passion for fitness begins when he was 17 years old. He discovered his love for exercise after he lost over 50 lbs and learned how to eat properly and exercise properly in his first few years. Through much trial and error and education, he has been able to reach his goals through his education and experience and has carried that over to helping 100’s of clients successfully change their body and achieve their goals. 

Jesse believes highly in a holistic approach to personal training and exercise. Where the mind goes the body will follow! Mental well-being and lifestyle changes OUTSIDE THE GYM are just as important as those inside the gym.  His training programs are fully customized per individual to meet their need and also provide challenging but enjoyable options to becoming successful. This has helped many of his client stay successful for the long run.

Rehabilitation Training

Jesse holds corrective exercise specialization from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine. This is extremely beneficial if you are coming off of physical therapy, as Jesse has a high understanding of proper progression and regression after this stage.
